The Festival was run by Birmingham Festival 2023 CIC, Outdoor Places Unusual Space (OPUS) and JA Productions Ltd. This new community interest company, which was formed in 2023 to manage and deliver the event, is a subsidiary of Birmingham Hippodrome Theatre Trust Ltd.
