Moving Tu Balance CIC, set up by Sandra Golding, provides African Holistic dance, Somatic practice and culturally relevant holistic and creative art activities to benefit the health and wellbeing of the communities they serve. 

Wi Deh Yah is an intergenerational celebratory dance performed by local women which encourages personal and community healing, self-expression and liberation while celebrating cultural heritage. The dance will be accompanied by African rhythms performed by master drummers.
