The Festival is being run by Birmingham Festival 2023 CIC and two key partners; Outdoor Places Unusual Space (OPUS) and JA Productions Ltd. This new community interest company, which was formed this year to manage and deliver the event, is a subsidiary of Birmingham Hippodrome Theatre Trust Ltd.

Birmingham Festival 2023 CIC has four directors overseeing the strategic delivery of the Festival; Erica Love, Tim Maycock, Harj Millington and Satnam Rana.
